Clinical Quality Analytics SME

The goal of this work is to improve data transparency and reduce administrative burden on practitioners to use data to drive care delivery. Through data aggregation, participating practitioners will receive unified feedback reports with data from multiple payers, rather than through individual payer reports, allowing practitioners to see their patients' cost and utilization patterns in one actionable and easy to use tool

Work you ll do

Provide clinical insights for data access, collection, integration and dissemination processes

Provide clinical guidance to improve the usefulness and use of CPC reports at the practice, combined/group and CMS levels

Review quality checks on the Medicare data sent out to the aggregators

Review comparison analysis of the Data Aggregator reports with the Medicare-only reports generated to reveal insights and trends

Facilitate cross-region and region-specific aggregator meetings as needed, particularly around discussions related to quality measures, practice engagement and data use, and alignment

The team

Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies heart of the business issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client s technology challenges.

Qualifications

Required

4 years in a Clinical background

Bachelor s degree

Desired

Experience working with and reviewing Medicare and other payer claims data

Experience working with alternate data types (e.g. EHR, HIE)

Clinical experience, especially in primary care and working with providers to implement performance improvement activities

Familiarity or certification in performance improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma

Experience reviewing of comparison, pattern tracking, and report utility analysis for primary care practices

Experience with stakeholder engagement and providing subject matter expertise in primary care transformation efforts
