Change Management Consultant

Work you ll do

This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the change management workstream. Key activities and work products will include producing a Change Management Plan, facilitating a Visioning Lab to promote leadership alignment on shared goals and objectives, standing up a Contact Management Office Capability, establishing a Governance Plan, developing a Transformation Roadmap, assessing stakeholder readiness and needs, managing an Integrated Project Team Network, and applying change management metrics to show progress in monthly status reports.

The team

Organization Transformation

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming theorganization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support itsbusiness strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they aretoday to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing theorganization s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing theorganization structure, and will require a combination of change managementactions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will becritical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Communications or a related discipline

  • 2 years of relevant professional work experience in a change management and/or human capital-related fields

  • 2 years of professional work experience developing needs assessments, strategic plans and frameworks for communications and change management activities

  • 2 years of professional work experience coordinating, hosting and facilitating strategic workshops for various internal and external participants

  • 2 years of professional work experience using MS Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project, to manage and facilitate deliverables

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position.

Preferred:

  • 2 years of experience as a human capital consultant for public sector or government clients
