Work you'll do

As an Analyst on our Human Capital team you will:

  • Perform activities supporting a shift from a traditional HR help desk to a digital customer care self-service support model which will include:

  • functional gap analysis for HC systems

  • requirement development

  • communications strategy

  • change management strategy

  • wireframes

  • solution recommendations

  • Work on an Agile team and will support various meetings, ceremonies, and client communication (email, phone, virtual)

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 1 year of experience in change management strategy, strategic communications, functional gap analysis (ideally with Human Capital systems), and requirements gathering

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Travel up to 50%


  • Experience in an Agile environment

  • Experience storyboarding and/or wireframing around change management initiatives
