Work you'll do
As an Analyst on our Human Capital team you will:
Perform activities supporting a shift from a traditional HR help desk to a digital customer care self-service support model which will include:
functional gap analysis for HC systems
change management strategy
Work on an Agile team and will support various meetings, ceremonies, and client communication (email, phone, virtual)

Bachelor's degree required
1 year of experience in change management strategy, strategic communications, functional gap analysis (ideally with Human Capital systems), and requirements gathering
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 50%
Experience in an Agile environment
Experience storyboarding and/or wireframing around change management initiatives
