Work you'll do
Lead development teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers.
Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas.
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems.
Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements.
Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments.

This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Active Public Trust security clearance required.
Ability to travel to client site in White Oak, MD as needed.
Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.
5 + Years of experience in software and API development.
3+ Years of experience utilizing Java, Microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot and JSON.
2+ Years of experience utilizing AWS.
Preferred:
AWS Certification.
Previous Government contracting experience within the public sector.
5+ Years of experience
