Deloitte Agile Coach w/ active Secret Clearance in Rosslyn, Virginia

Work you'll do

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join the Deloitte team. In this role, you will support the Agile organizational transformation of the client, realigning the client's operating model to break down organizational silos and establishing cross-functional product teams, with roles modeled after the SCRUM framework. This includes supporting the people, process, and technology elements of implementing a scaled agile framework to the division (with components of SAFe framework). Responsibilities may include supporting Agile Transformation training curriculum, Role-based training (i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.), agile topic training (process) on scrum fundamentals, requirements writing and sprint ceremonies support, tool training (technology) to the product teams for standards and usage guidance on the program's selected Application Lifecycle Management tool for efficient and effective collaboration and communication.

Required Skills:

  • Must hold at minimum an active Secret clearance

  • Minimum 7+ years of Agile hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Scrum of Scrum or Release Train Engineer.

  • Proven Experience in SAFe, Kanban, Scrum

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach in mentoring a large team or organization to transition from waterfall to agile principles.

  • Certification in either SAFe Scrum Master or CSP-SM.

  • Experience working with larger teams (50+ people) which consists of Business and IT people

  • BS or BA from an accredited University or College.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
