Work you'll do
As a Survey Researcher within our Workforce Transformation team you will advise on survey design, administration, analysis, and reporting for the client in order to inform data driven decision making. This role is for a subject matter expert who will advise the client and guide a junior practitioner. This will primarily focus on the survey life cycle, the employee life cycle, use of appropriate psychometric practices, and action planning to guide recommended change.

Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Design, Psychology, Sociology or related discipline 8 years of relevant experience Experience providing strategic human capital management consulting Experience leading a team of survey researchers Experience with common survey tools TS/SCI with polygraph Preferred:
Prior professional services or government consulting experience
Advanced degree in a related discipline
