The role provides exposure to the full SDLC lifecycle, where you will play a "product manager" role overseeing business requests to digitize initiatives. This role includes everything from helping the business define their needs through discovery sessions to overseeing development teams through the deployment of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Work you'll do
Facilitating Discovery Sessions to understand the business need for a target solution and existing pain points and challenges
Working with stakeholders to document high-level solution capabilities, functional requirements, and current state and target state business process flows
Collaboration across multiple workstreams, including Organization Readiness and Architecture, to align business needs to technical solutions and ensure organizational adoption
Working with development teams to translate business requirements into user stories, conducting sprint planning and backlog grooming, etc.
Overseeing/facilitating progress of development teams through deployment via scrum meetings, the definition of done criteria, etc.
Client relationship management - serving as a primary POC to client counterparts and providing day-to-day support and communication
Communication of accomplishments, next steps, risks/issues through executive-level briefings and reporting

Bachelor's degree required
