Work you'll do
As a Workday HCM Payroll Functional Consultant, you will:
Serve on the Workday Payroll functional team and provide support to the HCM Remediation Team for a Workday Financials Implementation where Workday HCM had been implemented first
Create and/or support project deliverables, following best practices and taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams
Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

3 years of experience serving clients in the higher education industry on Workday HCM Payroll implementations, configurations, or support
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Previous Workday Payroll implementation experience
Experience with Payroll costing
Knowledge of payroll effort certification
