Work you ll do
As a Consultant within our HRT team you will:
Have the opportunity to learn and utilize ServiceNow and potentially SharePoint capabilities, as well as the best practices for software development methodologies outlined by Deloitte, to ensure that their work is compliant, efficient, and effective
Be responsible for requirements analysis, system design, and playing a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Support implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
Collaborate with fellow developers and testers in an Agile development environment
Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture
Work with government product owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design
Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Must have ACTIVE TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
1 years of relevant consulting or industry experience with front end development, ServiceNow administration, or ServiceNow development
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Working knowledge of SQL, MySQL databases, Python, jQuery, ASP.NET, or C#, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)
Experience using Agile methodologies
Writing programs from scratch
Working knowledge in ServiceNow Configuration Management, general ServiceNow System Administration, Security/access configuration in ServiceNow, development and implementation of ServiceNow HR module, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Business Process Modeling (BPM)
Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs
