Work you ll do

As a Senior Consultant within our practice you will:

Analyze large sets of transaction data

Conduct financial investigations involving virtual currencies

Develop PowerPoint presentations and write summary reports and/or intelligence products

Perform link chart analysis

Perform follow-the-money techniques

Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others

Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract

Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

Provide coaching to junior staff

Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development

Manage own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

Our Forensic and Investigations practice provides investigative expertise to analyze events, people, entities and financial data in order to extract relevant insights for our GPS clients mission-critical needs.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other Business-related field

Active TS (Top Secret) security clearance required for this role

2 years of relevant Forensic, Investigative, or Discovery industry experience

Experience gathering and analyzing large sets of transaction data and open source intelligence

Experience conducting in-depth financial investigations

Experience developing PowerPoint presentations and writing summary and/or intelligence reports

Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

Preferred:

Familiarity with federal-specific databases and case management systems

Understanding of virtual currencies, including but not limited to bitcoin, ethereum, dash, and monero

Ability to reconcile disparate datasets and develop clear, concise narratives of analyses and patterns observed

Experience with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) data and documents

Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) programs and datasets

Experience developing training materials

Comfort level with public speaking
