Work you'll do
As a Workday Manager, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Communication of Workday capabilities to clients
Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
Development of strategic plans and solutions
Fostering of relationships with all team members

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with Workday HCM, preferably in consulting and in the higher education sector
Experience of having lead 5 full life cycle implementations of Workday or another ERP system
The ability to travel up to 80% (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Higher Education experience in or with Workday
Experience in Integrations and/or Data Conversions
Workday Tech Certifications/ Workday EM Certifications
Functional knowledge in particular area of HCM
Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the HR function and processes or relevant academic coursework / professional certification program
