Description
The Tax Transformation Office enables Tax client service delivery through end-to-end business process improvement across the full range of Tax market offerings, improving delivery efficiency and driving growth. Responsibilities
The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end Transformation and technology life cycle. This role partners works closely with peers including Transformation Facilitators, the Learning Lead and Change Lead. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with Business and Technology counterparts to lead market offering onboarding and system decommissioning and engages in Service Delivery Transformation projects for Tax. This role reports to the Transformation Lead to drive and manage the following activities:
Manages onboarding of new and existing Market Offerings to Deloitte's Global Tax Platform
Develops and manages execution of deployment plans
Leadership and stakeholder engagement/alignment and capability transfer
Establishing and delivering a structured framework to help individuals adapt to changes to their work environment including new roles, responsibilities, processes, and technology
Involves the business early and often to create a strong network of communities
Engages in Business Testing and focus groups - identifies pain points and opportunities
Synthesizes high value business needs, aligned with the Tax transformation strategy
Delivers in person and virtual learning
Coaches engagement teams on how to use the standard delivery process and supporting technology to improve delivery efficiency, create resource fungibility, lead in Go To Market discussions etc.
Analyzes change barriers and user feedback, develops action plans to address findings
Manages legacy system decommissioning
Manages deployment and adoption metrics
Produces Executive level reporting
Engages in Service Delivery Transformation projects, aligned with Tax market offerings to design and deploy standard end to end processes supported by common technology that transforms how Tax services are delivered
The team
Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for the definition of standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services, and the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including QA and Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on adoption including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related field
8+ years transformation experience
Agile delivery and design thinking experience
Project management
End-to-end technology project delivery
Training delivery and post-production client facing support experience
Strong focus on deployment, adoption and driving change
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while delivering outstanding quality and meeting established deadlines
Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited Sponsorship - Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
CPA, Enrolled Agent, or other appropriate technology certification (either in process or able/willing to obtain)
Preferred:
Agile or PMP certification
Experience working in a professional services environment
Strong PowerPoint and Excel experience
Working knowledge of data management and metrics

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,300 to $351,000
