Work you'll do
Support US defense intelligence enterprise to ensure continued air and space supremacy in an era of Great Power Competition. Provide transformation expertise to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of transformation initiatives to re-optimization efforts. Participate in the development and creation of executive level presentations and other products such as power points. This individual will also be responsible for presenting communications and presentations at the senior leadership level.

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Ability to work on site in Hampton, VA
3+ years of organizational change management and / or organizational transformation experience
3+ years of experience working at the headquarters staff level of a US Defense entity
4 + years of experience creating and delivering executive level presentations and other products
4+ years of experience handling senior level communications and presentations
Preferred:
Prior Management Consulting experience
