Intelligent Automation Solutions Manager
The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications that support key Talent strategies and processes. Our team - in partnership with our Talent stakeholders, ITS (Information Technology Services) partners, and technology vendors - is at the forefront of designing, configuring, implementing, and running innovative, new solutions for our stakeholders.
We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated talent technology professional to design, implement, and enhance automation solutions as part of our multi-year transformation roadmap. Solutions can include technology such as robotics process automation, digital assistants, and artificial intelligence. This position also requires knowledge of the broader Talent technology landscape in order to advise and explore capabilities of existing platforms and introduce new tools where it makes sense to augment.
This individual will have an overall portfolio management role and is critical to the implementation of new solutions as well as managing existing digital assets. This individual will manage intake and prioritization of new requests, collaborate with Talent stakeholders, and facilitate sessions to evaluate and prioritize use cases. This role will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of the roadmap, coordinating with Talent stakeholders and the ITS organization to assign new work to releases.
This role requires at least five years of experience with project management, Talent technology solutions, vendor management, Talent process and other human resources domain experience. Additionally, this individual requires strong project management skills and stakeholder management experience.
Work you'll doAs the Digital Enablement Intelligent Automation Manager, you will:
Incubate new solutions to address current state Talent challenges and embed intelligent automation capabilities into the future state Talent transformation
Recommend optimizations and improvements to existing automation solutions based on feedback from Talent stakeholders
Oversee operational support for automation platforms in partnership with ITS and other digital enablement automation leaders, monitor and publish metrics
Establish regular connections with ITS teams, Talent stakeholders, and HR Strategy and Transformation leaders to understand and advise on Talent pain points, and communicate upcoming releases
Manage third party vendor relationships when applicable.
Perform other role-related duties as needed.

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
3-5 years experience with automation technology, such as workflow, robotics process automation, digital assistants, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Expertise leading talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions - from concept to deployment
Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425-$159,165.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
