Project Delivery Business Transformation Specialist

As a Business Transformation team member, working in a collaborative team environment, to support the client user community or their community partners in the appropriate and effective user of the integrated eligibility system. Supporting the day to day business operations to drive process improvement and increase key business performance metrics, including backlog reduction and timeliness

W ork you ll do

  • Works in the client environment to assist the user community in the use of the business solution and in managing errors or improvements in the business process

  • Defines and participates in the research of core business issues and develops business scripts and processes to drive improvements Collaborates with clients in theday to day operations to deliver quality service to the client customers

  • Provides shoulder to shoulder coaching to provide deep expertise in systemknowledge to clients

  • Provides error triage, diagnosis, and incident management

  • Assists in the development of end-user work-arounddocumentation

  • Support or reviews training material documentation and other processmanagementdeliverables

  • Responsible for resolving issues within the field functions

  • Required to collaborate across client,agency, and business teams to address root cause analysis and issue management

  • Reports task status and escalates issues as needed


  • Deepoperational knowledge of process area

  • Ability to learn quickly in new areas

  • Adept human computer interaction analysis

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Analysis and data integrity skills

  • Ability to collect, collate, and analyze multiple types of data and draw conclusions from the analysis

  • Strong, mature, and calm presence, ability to manage throughdifficult situations

  • Knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle)

  • Tracking, prioritization and coordinate of deliverables

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 8 years of experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and editing skills

  • Experience with KPIs, from definition through measurement processes

  • Deep business acumen

  • Research and strong data management skills

Human Services Transformation

Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.

We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do more with less, and rethink the way they deliver services.
