Role Description
US Global supports the US Firms' objectives, relationships, and investments around the globe. Working with US leadership, we represent US interests and shape how we lead, influence, and benefit from the Global strategy. Our programs, initiatives, and people execute against US global choices to elevate our ability to serve clients globally while creating long term value for PPMDs, driving the globalization of the US Firms and the network, and protecting and enhancing our global brand.
US Global is organized within the US Businesses, Global, and Strategic Services (BGS) structure, led by Jason Girzadas as Managing Principal, with a leadership team that intersects with US Businesses, Deloitte member firms and regions, and Deloitte Global.
The Programs & Operations Team focuses on implementing key programs including the Global Client Relationship Summits, Country and Business Relations, Global Client Advocacy & Corridors, US-Deloitte Global Relations.
Description of Responsibilities
Lead key workstreams, including:
Country and Business Relations
Work with leaders to support global business/geography relationship development by managing member firm partner meeting coordination.
Develop and deepen relationships with key member firm points of contacts to ensure alignment with timing and process of collaborating and identifying a US delegation.
Coordinate across the team, including with our Knowledge Services Team in US and USI to develop materials
Financials, Operations, and Communications
Manage long-term financial planning, fiscal year annual planning, periodic forecasts, and actual-to-plan analysis.
Provide transparency about key initiatives and programs; advance the US firms' Shared Agenda by facilitating internal communications and reports to increase awareness, engage our PPMDs and our people, support decision-making, report progress and results, and share successes.
Manage Knowledge Services Team in US and USI that develops and maintains our DeloitteNet/Deloitte Resources site collection and supports the creation of various meeting materials.
Deloitte Global
Manage junior resources in the monitoring of dates and evaluation of agendas for Deloitte Global meetings (e.g., the Global Executive, the Global Board, and the Global Marketplace Executive), as well as support outreach to key US leaders in the curation of inputs and commentary for US Executive leadership insight.
Develop briefing materials for US Executive leadership meeting preparation.
Identify emerging and priority Deloitte Global-led initiatives, support coordination with US leaders/decision making bodies, and determine how these initiatives impact/influence other areas of US Global (e.g., Global Interconnectivity).
Develop and manage workplans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms to support US Firm activities related to Member Firm Standards.
Skills Needed

Agility to support multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities
Strong organizational skills including project management and attention to detail
Comfortable with matrixed organization with multiple reporting lines
Ability to manage team members, including delegating responsibilities, balancing workloads, and providing coaching
Ability to work virtually with colleagues around the globe, comfortable working with individuals without face-to-face contact
Ability to work effectively in an environment of complexity, ambiguity, and continual change/evolution
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $115,030 to $211,850.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
