Deloitte Oracle EPM Team Lead in Princeton, New Jersey

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day to day client contact and Oracle EPM Planning lead, overseeing a team including US and offshore resources.
Oversee and manage monthly close and application maintenance activities in Oracle EPBCS and HFM applications.
Support Weekly Planning Flash support updating the actuals and enabling planning activities based on actuals.
Need to understand automation of tasks and should have scripting knowledge to understand and update scripts in Planning application.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.
Qualifications
Required
2-3 years minimum technically focused Hyperion EPBCS/PBCS/Planning development and administration experience (application architectural and project development experience is a plus)
General understanding of close and consolidation processes, planning processes, Oracle HFM, and other Oracle EPM tools
Ability to lead a team with minimal oversight.
Ability to work independently and serve as the day-to-day client contact / development lead / admin. for EPBCS/HFM/Oracle EPM close and maintenance activities.
Understanding of Oracle financial systems and financial planning / close & consolidation processes
Ability to own support tickets and enhancements to closure with quality.
Scripting knowledge to some extent to understand existing setup of automations and update them as applicable, calc scripts in Planning etc.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Role is remote.
Preferred
HFM development and maintenance experience
Oracle EPBCS related certifications
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109 ,000 to $145,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
