Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Client account has a multi-year tech foundry setup to help client with testing, development and automation of solutions across the portfolio. Clients' Personalization Real-Time (PRE) program is key to accomplishing several key strategic objectives for cross-sell, upsell, and efficient targeting. Client needs a strong and reliable partner to support Development, Testing and Managed Services on the PRE platform. Objective of the project is to provide comprehensive development & managed services support for the PRE platform and adhere to the SLAs to ensure the platform can deliver the PRE program objectives.

Data Engineers will:

  • Lead Offshore team of size 3-5 members

  • Client facing for requirement gathering, demonstrating technical issues/challenges, and solving tickets

  • Prioritize the daily tasks and enhancements for monthly release

  • Troubleshoot & diagnosis issues, provide solution, data analysis

  • Provide status updates to the leadership team

  • Understand release management, change management process and life cycle

  • Good in diagnosis, provide solution, data analysis

  • Understanding of reporting system (Preferably Oracle), and design solution.

  • Offshore task co-ordination, prioritization, technical guidance for developers

  • Demonstrating technical issues/challenges to customer

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Operations offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.

Qualifications

Required

  • Oracle Data Integrator

  • Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence

  • SQL / Python

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience

Preferred

  • Data modelling knowledge and experience

  • ODI Consultant with minimum 5 + years' experience in ODI development, Pl/Sql coding

  • At least 1+ yrs experience in a OBIA project (Finance or HR modules)
