Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst in Princeton, NJ .

Work You ll Do

Implement organizational delivery standards, monitor work product quality, quality assurance resource task assignment, practitioner training, work scope management and the continuous enhancement of practitioner delivery capabilities. Ensure all business analysis and quality assurance work products adhere to the practices and standards defined by community of practice and project leaders. Participate in appropriate professional community of practice forums. Provide training to business analysis and quality assurance resources for the use of supporting application lifecycle management tools, including Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Team Foundation. Determine level of effort estimations, monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones. Collaborate with technical delivery team members to maximize and leverage the understanding of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Document formal requirements, use cases, user stories, test plans, test cases, test scripts and test suites of software solutions. Oversee the performance of compliance of time reporting and other mandated organizational and corporate policies.



  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Integrated Marketing or related.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in delivering technology solutions for a global company.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Analyzing and defining business systems, data and logical specifications, rules and requirements for diagnostic analysis and reporting solutions, using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Azure Cloud Services, XML, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, and Axure RP Pro;

  • Formulating and creating functional and non-functional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process reengineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience by utilizing Agile methodology;

  • Executing manual and automated system testing by reviewing testing requirements, including test strategies, scenarios, cases, data requirements, cross-functional integration and interfaces between application components leveraging HP Quality Center and Selenium;

  • Improving data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics by defining process mapping, decision mapping and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models;

  • Performing data analysis, including inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling for enabling data mining and resolving data mapping and data modeling issues using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio;

  • Conducting fit-gap analysis, root-cause analysis and joint application development sessions to identify risk mitigation steps, and traceability matrices, project management to enable business process improvement using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services, and Leading the development of product solutions, implementation and delivery of technical designs based on Agile methodology.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.
