This Deloitte GreenhouseStudio is dedicated to one of our most premier health care clients and has a dedicatedspace located in New Brunswick, NJ. The New Brunswick (NB) Deloitte Greenhousestudio was a first of its kind undertaking within Deloitte to bring acustomized Greenhouse experience to this Platinum client and drive an account-widelab strategy to help them achieve breakthroughs in high priority areas,strengthen client relationships and demonstrate Deloitte s eminence and thoughtleadership in an immersive setting. The studio was stood up in April 2016, and basedon its exceptional track record, it was upgraded and expanded to its currentlocation in New Brunswick.

The Deloitte Greenhouse ClientStudio Lead is a unique role providing the ideal candidate an opportunity todesign and execute the Deloitte Greenhouse strategy in conjunction with theAccount Marketing and Relationship strategy globally for our premier healthcare client Account Team. The Lab Leaderwill work with a wide array of executive level clients at this health carecompany to solve exciting business challenges, stretch their critical thinkingand problem-solving skills and network with them while bringing and showcasingDeloitte s functional and thought leaders.
The Leader will be astrategic and an operational leader, marketer, ambassador, designer, andfacilitator for the Deloitte Greenhouse Experience and Client Accelerators Offerings.
Deloitte Greenhouse Experience Client Studio Leader sprimary responsibilities:
- DeloitteGreenhouse Marketing and Account Team Strategy
Work with the Account team to embed Greenhouseexperiences and Marketing campaigns in Pursuits process, Orals delivery andpost-proposal follow ups.
Track opportunities and follow-ups from clienttouchpoints for Labs opportunities.
Advise Account team PPMDs and SMs on types oflabs and how/when to use them for pursuits, delivery and relationship building.
Ensure that new lab offerings from the DeloitteGreenhouse are socialized continually within the client account team and withthe clients.
Review and support Deloitte Greenhouse Experiencecommunications, as needed.
Work collaboratively with the NY and otherDeloitte Greenhouse teams, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to the overall Deloitte Greenhouse Experienceprogram through new Lab offerings, tools, processes, etc. .
Oversee logistics and measurement for thestudio, including coordination of event invites, tracking of metrics etc.
Partner to stand up Deloitte Greenhousecapability for the client in EMEA and APAC to deliver labs for the client.
Manage the Deloitte Greenhouse Client Studio teamand space to optimize utilization, including labs, marketing events andpursuits.
Coordinate,as needed, with service providers like PRYSM, creative designers, externalfacilitators, etc.
Manage, mentor and develop the dedicated LabManager, Lab Producer and other staff supporting labs on the client account.
- LabDesign and Facilitation
Manage the coordination and execution of thelab intake and diagnosis process, identifying the type of lab and level ofsupport needed (including opportunities where the Greenhouse team will notsupport).
Where appropriate, support the delivery ofEcosystem labs (e.g., executive transition labs) as a facilitator orco-facilitator.
For custom labs, lead the design effort (workingwith the lab team and business and ecosystem partners as needed) and serve asfacilitator during delivery.
Utilize strong facilitation and presentationskills to effectively manage sessions that include one or multiple high-levelclient executives.
Oversee development and timely delivery ofhigh-quality post-lab documentation.
Research and test creative/innovativeapproaches that could be leveraged in the Deloitte Greenhouse Client Studio.
The Deloitte GreenhouseExperience Lab Leader will be trained in the design techniques, facilitationbest practices and repeatable offerings by the New York Deloitte Greenhouse teamand will be an active member of the broader Deloitte Greenhouse community in NY.The role will report to the specific Global Crown Jewel account Leaders with adotted line to the Deloitte Greenhouse Client Studio Leader.
The ideal candidate will be aSenior Manager or Managing Director with exceptional strategy and operationalskills, including project management, facilitation/presentation skills, designthinking and creative problem solving skills. The candidate should have apassion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clientsand account teams. A strategic approach, proactive and hard-working attitudewill help the candidate excel in this role. An ability to network both at the client and within Deloitte and connectthe dots is a key requirement of this role. Having functional knowledge ofLife Sciences will be helpful.
Thecandidate will be r equired to be on site atleast 3 days/week in the New Brunswick, NJ lab location and must have:
Minimum of 10 years direct experience servingDeloitte clients, delivering services through a function, ideally in LifeSciences.
Excellent executive presence and ability tofacilitate multi-topic and multi-function discussions and showcase knowledgeand expertise.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills,including ability to understand and address client challenges, draw out keytalking points and select speaking style and approach best suited for thesituation and audience.
Strong design thinking and creative skills to developimmersive experiences for executive level clients.
Collaborative working style and team buildingskills.
Ability to think cross-functionally.
Preferred: Interest and experience withanalytical methods and tools, including data visualization are desirable.
