As Chief of Staff for LRA, A Deloitte Business, you will s upport LRA s Managing Partner and Director in managing the day to day Operations and Client Service of the practice. You will play a key role in aiding to LRA s success within the Managed Services & Products (MS&P) platform within Advisory as well as provide day-to-day project management on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives. You will also work with Advisory and MS&P leadership as a key LRA contact.
Work you ll do
The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the LRA Business Leaders in their day-to-day responsibilities, including the oversight, coordination and execution of all LRA, A Deloitte business initiatives.
- Work with and support the LRA Leaders to continue to grow and develop the business within Risk Intelligence
- Assists with the assimilation of leading practices in LRA and adopting leading practices of other Deloitte Managed Service offerings. Individual must have stronganalytical,projectmanagement,andpeopleskillsand very strong Powerpoint, Excel, and database capabilities
-Drive change and provide project management to a variety of key LRA priorities
-Organize, coordinate and lead critical and high-priority activities
-Play a role in executing projects (scoping, planning, and managing) and activities directly related to and supported by the LRA business
-Develop and manage methods to streamline and enhance existing processes and reporting tools
-Develop executive level briefings, communications, presentations, and content
-Create and maintain tracking and reporting tools as necessary (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and reports) to efficiently, effectively and timely report milestones achievements and challenges confronted
-Provide status updates to the Clients & Industries Leader on actions items, MS&P activities, status of projects, etc.
-Partner with other Enabling Areas such as Sales, Talent, Marketing, Communications and QRM
-Support the continued development and implementation of LRA s key strategic priorities
-Drive change and provide project management to a variety of key MS&P priorities.
-Develop executive level communication skills, both written and verbal; develop the art of writing concise emails, talking points, briefings, pre-read and presentation materials
-Grow and enhance your network with Advisory s leadership team
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish multiple assignments and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines.
-Some travel will be required
