Deloitte Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions: Data Platform Portfolio Manager in Princeton, New Jersey

As a Data Platform PortfolioManager in the Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions Group, you leadthe roadmap planning, creation and delivery of a portfolio of data platform solutionsaligned to our business & data strategies. You will work closely with AuditProduct Leaders to drive adoption of data strategy and innovative dataplatforms & global data services. You will also perform the deputy ChiefData Officer role and will have the ability to align and influence stakeholdersand resources globally.

Work you'll do

  • Manages a data platformportfolio:Discovery &Classification, Master & Reference Data Management, Data Quality, DataCatalog, Data Governance & Business Glossary

  • Assesses the market trends,competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the dataplatform strategy and leads product owners to incorporate into their roadmaps

  • Drives data platform adoption, measuresstakeholder satisfaction, quantifies & monetizes business benefits acrossthe portfolio

  • Oversees data platform delivery bydata platform product owners

  • Responsible for building out thedata portfolio team

  • Work closely with Design andProgram Management teams in an agile environment to deliver products to market.Align and influence stakeholders and resources globally. Manage across-functional process for prioritizing and planning the roadmap and majorproduct releases

  • Acts as the second-in-command,representing the Data Office and Data Strategy to all stakeholders

  • Develops talent and the next datafunctional leaders

Qualifications - Required:

  • Bachelors in CS, business MIS, or equivalentexperience. Masters in business administration, CS or equivalent degree ispreferred.Alternatively, experience inAudit with aptitude and interest in innovative technological solutions

  • 10 years of Data Platform Product Management(agile products)/Brand management/Strategy Consulting or equivalent experience

  • Experience defining market and product requirements,working with delivery teams to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities tomarket

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills withthe ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drivemanagement of product

  • Strong technology financeexperience and ability to manage run and project budgets

  • Influential leader who can drive datamanagement, data quality & analytics cultural change

  • Experience working with cross-functional teamsin delivery of new data platforms & services

  • Ability to create compellingpositioning/messaging strategy & present complex information conciselythrough written/verbal communication

  • Advanced people leadership skills, includingdeveloping others

  • Strong systems and application deliveryability
