Work You ll Do

Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assess and implement compliance, regulatory and risk management programs, training, and monitoring/reporting. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects. Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions. Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services. Play substantive/lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing. Play substantive role in the training and development of staff. Evaluate, counsel, mentor and provide feedback on performance of others. Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruiting. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, Deloitte & Touche products and service lines. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Understand clients' business environment and complex risk management approaches. Participate in proposal development efforts. Play substantive/lead role in developing a strong relationship with internal resources. Develop control frameworks encompassing regulatory requirements, including privacy and Sarbanes Oxley, and application security designs. Interface with internal audit, business, IT, and members of executive management to design and implement solutions. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches. Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and competitor activities, products, and service lines.



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

Five years of experience using traditional Waterfall and Agile scrum methodologies to implement global roll outs and maintenance for ERP Systems.

Experience must include five years of:

o Developing risk-based validation approaches to comply with USFDA, EMA and other country-specific regulations, including 21 CFR part 11, EU Annex11, and applicable guidance documents;

o Performing validation and remediation of computerized systems, including Tool Validation, Change Control, CAPA, Training, and Document Management;

o Developing compliance strategies for the Global SAP Program implementation across various countries;

o Providing quality support to the evaluation of software applications associated with computerized systems and equipment used in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Consumer sectors;

o Scoping, preparing, implementing, resourcing, and budgeting Agile and Waterfall project plans;

o Supporting periodic reviews of computer systems for GxP compliance;

o Advising clients on solutions development to address quality, regulatory, and audit-related matters; and

o Managing teams, leading trainings, and developing best practices.

In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Master's degree and three years of experience as stated above.

Position requires 80% travel.
