Your Impact:
As an Advisory Manager with a specialization in SAP Treasury, you will spearhead a dynamic array of responsibilities:
Mastery of SAP Treasury: Define, strategize, and execute SAP cash management, Treasury management, including Transaction management, Hedge management, and accounting, Liquidity planning, and analyzers, showcasing your deep SAP Treasury proficiency.
Technology Transformation Leadership: Lead and cultivate teams that deliver technology transformations to Fortune 500 corporations, focusing on treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity strategies (e.g., SWIFT, multibank reporting), vendor selections, organizational enhancements, and TMS implementations.
SAP Treasury Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering SAP treasury, risk management, and technology advisory services that shape the landscape of our clients' financial success.
Client Engagement: Play a central role in client communication, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the utmost client satisfaction, becoming an integral part of their growth journey.
Innovation and Excellence: Ensure our products and deliverables surpass contract and work plan specifications and deadlines, setting a new benchmark for excellence in the industry.
Methodology Development: Contribute to the development of innovative tools, methodologies, and assets that drive project delivery to new heights.
Business Expansion: Be at the forefront of expanding our service offerings, playing a key role in sales, proposals, and the development of pioneering business strategies.
Mentorship: Mentor junior professionals, sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
Proven experience in managing or leading teams.
5+ years of consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience, with a strong focus on technology, specifically treasury management systems, especially SAP Treasury.
Minimum of 4 years of SAP Treasury consulting experience, encompassing multiple implementations, including full-life cycle implementations covering all phases of the software development life cycle.
A hands-on expert in SAP Treasury core components, spanning Cash management, Transaction manager, In-house cash, Risk analyzers, Liquidity planner, Hedge management and accounting, SWIFT integration, BCM, and integration with financial accounting and other applications.
Experience in technology implementation project management
Proficiency in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under inter-dependent project deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in treasury transformations, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.
Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do, and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred, showcasing your dedication to professional advancement.
Existing relationships within the SAP user community is a noteworthy advantage.
Experience in SAP integration with trading platforms (e.g., FXall, 360T) and market data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg and Reuters).
A strong understanding of cash management, FX, Debt capital markets, and interest rate risk management.
A track record of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility, especially in the Corporate Treasury or TMS vendor space.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables.
Resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, high-energy, and versatility.
Strong presentation, consulting, project management, client, and training/mentoring skills.
Exhibit a strong executive presence, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong personal network of industry contacts in major target corporations and financial institutions.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills that position you as an industry thought leader.
A keen understanding of the relationship between business, protection, technology, and industry issues, along with a record of planning and executing marketing programs.
Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,235 - $213,725.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
