Work you ll do:
As a Solution Architect in the HR Transformation ServiceNow team, you will use your fundamental understanding of ServiceNow functionality, architecture, configuration and integration technologies to provide first rate HR solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for creating & delivering ServiceNow HR solutions while working with our functional consultants and our technical teams.
Working with Business Analyst or business SME s to support the discovery, requirements gathering, and build out of core HR ServiceNow functionality for our clients
Design business requirements and provide development strategies and architecture to meet client needs around their HR Solutions
Architect HR related business processes into ServiceNow
Perform configuration level tasks to meet business requirements (field setups, page layouts, role/profile changes, etc).
Follow software development life cycle methodology to include development based on business requirements, unit/UAT testing, and change documentation to meet change control requirements
Directly engage with the end user on requirements and offer technical direction as requested by the functional consultants.
Complete timely reporting, KPIs, dashboards, project plans, and project documentation
Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong ServiceNow product knowledge you possess
Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
5 years of technical experience in ServiceNow implementation, optimization and/or customization
10 years of total IT experience
Successful delivery of HR specific projects
Travel up to 75% (While 75% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Bachelor s degree
Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
Big 4 consulting experience
