Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Creates engaging productexperiences to help drive productivity and efficiency for end-users
Produce prototypes,wireframes, sketches, journey maps to test and improve product experiences incollaboration with the end-users and stakeholders
Use research to challengeand validate design decisions in an ongoing development process.
Drives experience designand communicates validated concepts to Product Owners, developers, leadership,and end-users to bring great ideas to life

Professionalswill serve our clients through the following types of work:
Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Bachelors in Science in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree
Have at least 3 years of overall experience in UX design for Salesforce
Hasholistic understanding of product experience design and visual design includinglayout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and working knowledge in UXtool
NoSponsorship:Must be legally authorizedto work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now orat any time in the future
