OCM Specialist - Human Capital

Work you ll do

Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes? As part of our client s OCM team, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. You ll create and deliver client deliverables that include strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of the change initiatives by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. The team

Organization Transformation

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Job Responsibilities:

Support OCM Manager lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies

Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client s Change Management methodologies

Develop project deliverables, strategies, and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training

Support team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition

Support OCM Manager in the development of short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against project plan

Prepare materials and presentations for meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan

Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions

Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation

Qualifications

BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or other business related degree

5 years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation

5 years of experience in project management and resource management

Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications

Preferred Qualifications

Prosci/ADKAR Change Management Certification

Change management in a technical system implementation

Demonstrated ability analyzing and translating complex qualitative and quantitative data

Experience developing detailed client deliverables
