Work you'll do
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work for clients in the government and higher education sectors
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues in the areas of change management, strategic communications, learning and development, and overall HR strategy
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Industrial and Organizational Development/Psychology, or a rel ated discipline
1 year of relevant experience in an industry or consulting environment
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internet research tools
Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
Ability to travel up to 75%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong preference for experience in Human Resources or a related field
Experience with consulting or project management supporting federal, state and/or local government agencies, or higher education institutions
