Sound strategy, expert implementation, and a keen understanding of impact and risks are needed to develop, implement, and sustain effective regulations, oversight, and compliance programs.
Our Regulatory & Compliance specialists provide support throughout the regulatory lifecycle to inform policy development, determine regulation impact, develop and sustain compliance programs to manage adherence to regulations, and measure regulation effectiveness.
Using proven process design, tools, analytics, and technology, we build customized risk management solutions to help establish and sustain regulatory and compliance mission success.
Work you'll do
Project management and coordination with internal teams and client teams.
Conduct regulatory impact assessments.
Identify and implement tools, technology, and processes to meet unique client challenges related to higher education organizations.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Travel up to 20%
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with rulemaking/regulatory analysis as it relates to higher education organizations
Experience working with compliance programs
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with project management/coordination and excellent organizational skills
