Analytics Operate Senior Manager

Work you’ll do

Responsibilities include but not limited to,

  • Participate in development and execution of winning sales strategies by working closely with Sales

  • Assisting in deal qualification by leveraging knowledge of market, industry and technology trends

  • Provide thought leadership and participation in client workshops in area of IT transformation

  • Position as a trusted advisor to client’s decisionmakers by establishing credibility and expertise in areas of IT Transformation and Value Engineering

  • Provide solutions including innovative pricing and service level management options

  • Participating in demand creation effort and client meetings with Deloitte Account teams

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:

• Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms

• Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions

• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

Qualifications

Required :

  • Experience in Consulting and interactions with Clevel executives, including selling and solutioning

  • Operate deals, with a proven track record in sales origination

  • 8 years experience managing Operate projects involving Application Management Services (AMS),

  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT Outsourcing (ITO), Cloud (CMS) and/or Data Center Ops

  • (DCO)

  • Technical delivery and sales capability in hot areas such as automation, AI, and Cloud

  • 8 years handson experience in IT Transformation Strategy, IT Governance, Outsourcing and largescalechange management at organization/division level

  • Experience managing large sized projects involving Application management services, BPO, ITO andlargescale transformation

  • Experience in proposal development for large Transformation or Outsourcing initiatives

  • Must possess demonstrable ability to handle intricacies of deals from pricing models to solutioningto closing the deal.

  • Travel up 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID19, nonessential travel hasbeen suspended until further notice.)

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred :

  • Strong technical and business analysis background

  • Experience in portfolio analysis, process/application/infrastructure rationalization

  • Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating Vision, Transformation Strategy and business case for achieving desired business objectives

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical and problem solving
