Advisory Confidentiality Office - Senior Consultant

A primary contact for the Advisory Confidentiality Office (ACO) in deploying the Confidential Information (CI) Program and responding to requests about confidentiality and privacy within Advisory.

Key Job Responsibilities including:

  • Confidential Information Management Plan (CIMP) Development - manage the deployment of the CI Program, which includes understanding the Deloitte Acceptance Portal (DAP) workflow to appropriately identify engagements that have elevated CI risk, understanding the CIMP builder tool and providing the CIMP and on/offboarding tools to implement the program

  • Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) - monitor the deployment of engagement and Market Offering Solution CIMPs

  • Incident Response - serve as a contact for Advisory CI incidents

  • Privacy Verification Certification - coordinate with Quality Risk Management (QRM), Advisory leadership, business process owners, and supporting system owners

  • Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare status updates on activities such as CIMPs, CMP and Incidents

  • Ad hoc reports such as: national Confidentiality & Privacy Reports, QRM risk narratives

  • Maintain ACO mailbox

  • General inquiries about the Advisory CI Program

  • CI exception requests (e.g., cloud uploads, data transfers, removable media, assets, recording technologies)

Key Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in the compliance, industry or regulatory industry performing data, business or quantitative analysis

  • Exposure to elements CI including PII/PHI

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Products

  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to work independently/self-directed

  • Team player, open to feedback, and contribute to building positive team spirit

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,134-$116,519
