Work you'll do
Lead and execute the Implementation efforts (Implementation planning, executing, and supporting cut-over activities including county readiness, field readiness, OCM training, conversion, command center, site support, etc
Coordinate with Design, Development & Implementation Vendor for coordination with/for the government client
Demonstrate strong leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding business value
Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and the internal Deloitte team
Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
Contribute to business development efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, pricing, Statements of Work (SOW), etc.
Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and mentoring support for delivery teams and staff to support the development of Human Capital/Organizational Transformation colleagues
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

Bachelor's degree required
13 years of professional work experience
8 years of professional consulting work experience with government clients
3 years of professional consulting work experience with with HHS systems; state automated welfare initiatives, technology, and integrated eligibility
2 years of professional consulting work experience leading implementation of a large-scale gov't system with at least 1,000 users
2 years of professional consulting work experience with training, OCM and Implementation Support in a system implementation initiative
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position
Travel up to 50%
Understanding of general SDLC (testing, conversion, app-dev, etc.)
Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together; coordinate multiple teams on the ground for each wave (Deloitte + Client Staff)
Detail-oriented; operate in multi-vender/client ecosystem
Strong communications skills - able to present to local government, client and/or leadership efforts
