Work you ll do
As a Consultant on the Workforce Transformation, Human Capital team you will use your knowledge of the Cornerstone OnDemand product to optimize Learning and HR delivery and drive business results. In this role you will be responsible for:
Contributing to the success of the team on Cornerstone projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities
Sharing your hands-on knowledge of the Cornerstone OnDemand product to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development

Imagining and transforming the composition and capabilities of the workforce to match the needs of the future of work in this age of technology disruption
Delivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services and processes to identify, build and incent to drive success of organizations and their workforces
Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion
2 years' related experience
External consulting experience
Superior knowledge of the Cornerstone OnDemand product
Superior knowledge of HR functions & processes in one or more of the following areas: Learning, Recruiting, HR or Performance
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Up to 80% travel required
4-6 years of related experience
Big consulting firm experience
