Deloitte Ping Directory Architect - Digital Identity Specialist Master in Phoenix, Arizona

Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions leverage Deloitte s IAM Methods 2.0 methodology to help clients controlwhich employees, customers, partners and suppliers access sensitive corporateresources, and streamline the process of managing the explosion in digitalidentities.

Work you will do

The key jobresponsibilities will be to:

Architect,design, and implement large-scale LDAP directory deployments using PingDirectory/Unbound ID product in Linux/Unix environments

Leaddirectory services implementations/migrations involving customization,configuration,and development ofsolutionintegrations.

Lead directory services/IAM strategy engagements (road map, vendorselection,etc.)

Interact with clients,including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore deliverymodel

Leadrequirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops inonsite/offshore delivery model for multipleprojects

Customize,configure,anddevelopIAMsolutionintegrationsusingrequirementsanddesignand independently manage projectdeliverables to successfulcompletion

Align project deliverables with process frameworks andmethodologies

Interact with clients,including working with client teams, in an onsite and offshore deliverymodel

Lead and work closely with vendoralliances

Manage project deliverablesandteams

Manage and mitigate projectrisks

Enabling business development by assisting in request for proposal andsalesprocesses

Lead processcompliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevantforthe project delivery and helpfactor reusability and relatedbenefits

Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining toIAMtechnologies

LDAP Directoryservices

Userprovisioning

Privilege IdentityManagement

Accesscertification

Access management and federation

Entitlementsmanagement

Rolemanagement

Strategy and road map for Identity & AccessManagement

Strongauthentication

Qualifications and experienceRequired:

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security,Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business,or relevant fields.

5 years experience in Directory services, specifically using PingDirectory product suite

Candidate should have experience in designing and implementingenterprise grade Directory services using Ping Directory/Unbound ID & IAMprojects

Experience in architecting, designing, planning and implementingmultiple enterprise grade LDAP Directory systems, including requirementsgathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

Extensive experience in designing directory replication topology &understanding of challenges associated with different types of directory deployments

Manage directory schema, replication, Indexes, custom plugins etc.

Design ACLs, management of service IDs, directory replication,monitoring of directory infrastructure, integrations with high volume userapplications

Experience using Ping Data Sync product from Ping

Extensive experience in migrating enterprise grade Directoryinfrastructure from one product to another for large user populations

Advanced documentation and presentation skills and strong command ofsoftware development life cycle processes

Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and driveproof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies

Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies

Excellent verbaland written communication

Travel up to 80%(While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19,non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Must be legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in thefuture

Preferred:

Experience in developing the architecture for IAM solutions involvingidentity lifecycle management, access request workflows, SSO, federation,adaptive access management, step up authentication using market leading products

Experience with Ping suite of IAM products including Ping DataGovernance, Ping Federate, Ping Access etc.

Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom IAMintegrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languages

Experience in carrying out advanced application integration with theIAM solution dealing with advanced provisioning (e.g., multilevel workflows),single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI concepts

IAM technology certifications

CISSP, PMP certification

Exposure to other security domains other than Identity & Access Management
