Manager: Supply Chain Networks- Sourcing& Analytics (Supply Management & Digital Procurement)

Work you ll do:

Consulting Managers will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

  • Manager level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall

  • engagement.Managers implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptionalperformance.

  • Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

  • Managers can lead small/mid-size project engagements or components of large, complexengagements.

The team

Supply Chain and Network Operations

Our Supply Chain and Network Operations team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive weapons. We drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness through proactive insights and decision-making. We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.

Qualifications

Consulting Manager's will also have the following preferred skills:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years consulting and/or industry experience is required, with the Ability to travel up to80%.

  • Experience with delivery of Sourcing& Procurement projects from the strategy through implementation phases with a focus on Project Management, business process review and organizationalchange.

  • Experience including direct and indirect spend, materials, category management, and spend/purchasing

  • Experience with operational procurement, demand management and vendor/suppliermanagement.

  • Experience with large data-sets and optimizationmodeling

  • Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on work-streams of largerprojects.

  • Strong oral and written communication and documentation skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint,etc).

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise maturejudgment.

  • Eagerness to mentor juniorstaff.

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required

  • Advanced degree ispreferred.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
