Job Summary

Supports Deloitte s portfolio of product and product bases solution Governmentwide contracts (GWC) as a part of the Deloitte Government and Public Services sector. Supportsactivities related to complex contractual matters associated with the pre and post award management of GWC (Federal, state, and local municipalities) vehicles.Supports activities that enable Deloitte to secure positions onGWCvehicles. Interfaces with internal and external clients, performs contract negotiations and ensures completion of various contract projects. Performs reviews and provides analysis of matters related to the sale of products and product-based solutions on GWC contracts and communicates results to inform proposal strategy and development. Individuals in this role will have the ability interface with client representatives and will assist with the development of policies related toGWCvehicles and their administration. Supports negotiations and thecompletion of various GWC contract projects. Supports the GWC portfolio compliance program to ensure contracts administration is conducted in an efficient and compliant manner. Ability to effectively communicate peers and internal leadership and clients.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the contracts administration within assigned area of responsibility.

  2. Serves as Principal Advisor on matters related to assigned GWC portfolio and works to align team actions with Practice strategy and objectives.

  3. Maintain and add products to assigned contracts portfolio including GSA Advantage and state schedules and oversees registration on state and municipal bidders list.

  4. Monitors assigned portfolio to identify compliance risk areas and opportunities.

  5. Identifies, establishes, and maintains client relationships.

  6. Effectively works with stakeholders to assess Federal procurement policy and implement required actions.

  7. Influences and secures approval from leadership for desired solutions.Assists with the implementation of solutions, guides, educates and trains account and contracts personnel.

  8. Acts as the subject matter expert on assigned contracts and communicates key messages to stakeholders

  9. Leads and coaches assigned resources.

  10. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
