Work you ll do
As a GPS SubcontractsAdministrator Lead within our team you will:
Proactively provide support to the development, review, andnegotiation of subcontracts, modifications, NDAs and TAs consistent withcompany policies.
Independently identify risk factors in prime solicitation,Subcontractor proposal, Representations and Certifications submitted, Cost andPrice Analysis findings, and Subcontractor Statement of Work.Inform leadership of concerns and providesrecommendations on risk mitigating strategies.
Assist in the development of negotiation strategies. Implementpurchasing, strategic sourcing, and subcontract strategies.
Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the subcontractsadministration within assigned portfolio.
Act as an advisor to business leaders on procurement matters inassigned portfolio and is in-tune with strategy and account objectives andpriorities.
Ensure the timely reporting of subcontract data entry into varioussystems and monitors data updates. Resolve discrepancies related to subcontractdocuments and ensures data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with other enabling areas to address procedural andcomplex subcontracts administration and proposal challenges.
Review, recommend, and manage the preparation of various types ofsubcontracts.
Review procurement file documentation and ensure compliance withregulations.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies and providestraining to account team as well as other GPSC professionals.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
