Workforce Strategies Senior Consultant - Multiple Locations

Work you'll do
As a Workforce Strategies Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Working closely with a team to deliver results for your client
Lead and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project success
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

As a Workforce Strategies Senior Consultant within the Workforce Transformation practice, you will focus on increasing the business impact of new technologies, platforms, processes, and systems. By leveraging these tools to the fullest, we optimize the capabilities in Workforce Strategies, Talent Acquisition, and Analytics needed to deliver for the future, enabling our solutions to remain fresh in the context of today's ever-evolving business demands.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Future of Work
Performance Management
Talent Acquisition
Talent Marketplace
Workforce Analytics
Workforce Planning
Workforce and Talent Strategy
Workplace (Digital Workplace and Return to Work)
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years workforce strategies related experience
2+ years experience leading workforce strategies projects and teams
1+ years experience supporting clients
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
4+ years of consulting experience
Demonstrated knowledge of workforce functions and processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Strategy and Solutions, Workforce Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workforce and Talent Analytics
Experience managing staff and leading small to medium sized teams
Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments
Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business
Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
