Work you'll do
As a Workday Prism Manager in our HCAS AMS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Lead Reporting and Analytics Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
Lead workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in Workday HCM space (HCM, Basic & Advance Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking)
Deliver Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs, M&A.
Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization
Serve as an SME/SMA to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
Lead and deliver our AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
We are hiring across all levels. After initial conversations with our team, we will be able to discuss the right level with you.
Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Workday Advanced Reporting
Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system
Minimum 4 years of experience with Data Analytics Tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar
Minimum of 3 years Workday Prism experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
Minimum of 4 years of advanced Excel experience including standard functions (e.g., VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and macros
Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Active Workday Certification(s), ideally in Advanced Reporting & Prism Analytics
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
