Work You ll Do
Driving business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Directing large technology engagements and participating in projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and production. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress. Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Tracking application defects using defect tracking tools, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details. Identifying and recording key deadlines for the workstream in the client engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties, and constructing a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve client goals whilst also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots. Creating clear, effective, and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and client meetings. Presenting content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validating that decision with client leadership to drive the company s growth and progress. Developing, designing, testing and implementing complex business solutions in SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC) Finance Modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, and Project System. Analyzing What to MAP in SAP for businesses in SAP and How to MAP in SAP Financial and Controlling (FICO) Modules. Analyzing business requirements and identifying the FIT-GAPs in SAP Controlling Modules. Creating functional specifications for Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Development, creating test scripts and testing the solutions utilizing HP Quality Center. Configuring SAP systems and testing solutions utilizing AGILE Methodology and HP Quality Center.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.
Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
Must have two years of experience with:
Developing, designing, testing and implementing complex business solutions in SAP ECC Finance Modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, and Project System;
Analyzing What to MAP in SAP for businesses in SAP and How to MAP in SAP FICO Modules;
Analyzing business requirements and identifying the FIT-GAPs in SAP Controlling Modules;
Creating functional specifications for ABAP Development, creating test scripts and testing the solutions utilizing HP Quality Center;
Configuring SAP systems and testing solutions utilizing AGILE Methodology and HP Quality Center.
In lieu of a Bachelor s degree, the employer will accept four years of experience in the skills enumerated above.
