Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Work with Level 1 Service Desk team, Level 2 Incident & Problem Management & Level 3 teams to resolve production incidents.
Responsible for gathering requirements for new Change Requests, preparing specification documents and taking it through SDLC following Agile or Hybrid Agile Methodology.
Debug objects in production system to help in resolution of production incidents.
Work on Continuous Improvement initiatives and provide solutions to problems.
You will perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.
General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to build minor enhancements and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams.
Working closely with ServiceNow functional team, improve core and custom applications.
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.
Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Communicate production status and issues to management and stakeholders.
Engage AMS delivery teams and instill a mindset of continuous learning and process improvement.
Coordinating onsite/offshore - multi-geography team environments if required
Adhering to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as agreed with clientManaging escalations
Team working skills to contribute and boost motivation in project work
Experience resolving integration issues
Knowledge in trouble shooting existing issues and suggesting Business Process improvements as necessary
Analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation & Innovation.
Communication with clients in order to determine their needs in detail
Written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and results to business executives in the marketing and sales organizations
The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements.
The ITOperations offering will deliver application management and modernization services for the ServiceNow platform which support our clients' IT Service Management, IT Business Management and IT Operations Management needs.
6-8 years ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
Experience operating and maintaining ServiceNow a plus
Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives.
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.
Bachelor's degree or equilivant work experience
Travel up to 10% annually

Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS.
