Work you'll do

The Well-being Senior Specialist will have primary responsibilities for logistics for the Well-being Ambassador program, overseeing the Well-being Ambassador budget, contributing to event planning and execution for national well-being events, tracking key performance metrics of well-being programs, and more. The individual in this role will actively look for ways to organize and promote well-being resources, contribute subject matter expertise, and work with external vendor(s) to support well-being programs. The individual will help support the Well-being Leader with internal presentation and eminence building efforts and will contribute to projects in areas such as well-being week and well-being in the flow of work and take on other projects as needed by the Rewards, Recognition and Well-being team.

  • Lead of the Well-being Ambassador program, including on-boarding, communications, monthly call leadership and other needs/requests.

  • Oversee the Well-being Ambassador budget and coaching ambassadors through proper use and execution

  • Contribute subject matter expertise by creating content for well-being resources including learning courses, written material, videos, and Deloitte white papers.

  • Track key well-being program performance metrics.

  • Own and have responsibility for a significant portion of the event planning and execution for well-being events such as well-being week and the virtual mindfulness series which includes making recommendations and determining marketing/communications, event timing, content, delivery method, audience needs, measuring success, etc.

  • Manage vendor review, approval, contracting and invoicing for external well-being partners; make recommendations to leaders on vendor selection and manage the approval process with leaders.

  • Create content for various resources housed on Deloitte's well-being site. Provide recommendations on how to organize, deliver and manage and refresh content.

  • Support internal presentations and eminence building efforts through the creation of slides and materials to support and promote well-being efforts both inside and outside the firm.

The team

The Well-being team is a part of the Rewards, Recognition and Well-being team within the Talent organization. The team is responsible for creating, executing, and supporting the well-being strategy and well-being programs across the at the US/USI firm.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience

  • Subject matter expertise and other certifications in well-being domains

  • Experience contributing to change management initiatives

  • Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, and matrixed organization

  • Experience creating presentations and delivery content to audiences of various levels

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
