Senior Managers at Deloittefocuses on the journey to redefine patient-centric care, innovate, and grow, and help clients through the challenges that each part of the journey can bring. We are assisting companies that discover, develop and manufacture health care-related products. Clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, medical device, diagnostic and medical equipment manufacturers, and other service companies like drug distributors, contract research organizations, and contract manufacturing organizations. Will continue to align with Government Health with a focus on the Federal Administration and the National Institute of Health.

Senior Managers are professionals with strong records of academic and professional achievement who have the capacity and desire for continuous development and growth. Deloitte professionals must also be capable of working and communicating with people at all levels of an organization. Responsibilities typical of a Senior Manager could include:
Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope
Manage engagement financial reporting, such as revenue and expenses
Oversee work plans and manage delivery for multiple components of an engagement
Leverage Deloitte's methods, tools, and assets to design solutions for complex organizational challenges
Manage activities between work streams
Conduct client interviews and facilitate client meetings
Develop process flows depicting pain points in the business process
Identify risks throughout the project life-cycle and develop mitigating strategies; Manage engagement issues and status
Review detailed analyses to draw pertinent and insightful recommendations; Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
Design and manage deliverable content to reflect the engagement contract
Mentor and develop junior staff; Perform role of counselor and coach
Support proposal development, by interviewing clients, identifying and summarizing issues, outlining of project approach and drafting of proposal content
Our ERP SaaS team focuses on implementing cloud based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Infor, and Zoura. This unique mix of technologies differentiate themselves from on-premise / cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle.
Our work mainly supports finance and supply chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction. However, our engagements are about more than implementing technology we work to generate sustainable business outcomes for our clients and professionals have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across networks.
8 years of relevant consulting and health care industry experience
2 years of experience leading and managing project teams
5 ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member, team lead, or project manager
Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 3 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
Experience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams
Proficiency in multiple business processes including but not limited:
General Ledger (GL)
Fixed Asset Management (FA)
Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday Thursday/Friday)
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience implementing full life cycle Infor Cloud Suite implementation; Infor Financials or Infor Supply Chain
Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (i.e.: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Workday)
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Eagerness to mentor junior staff
Committed to gaining exposure to health care, plan, or provider areas.
Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to collaborate
