Work You'll Do
Use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:
• Provide support in defining requirements, developing technical specifications, conducting data flow analysis, and performing/documenting unit testing for report development
• Ability to document and develop technical design documents with the appropriate templates
• Functional knowledge to perform reporting in SF focusing on Employee Central, Perf Management.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools with SF (Table, Canvas, Tiles, Dashboard)
• Ability to analyze standard out of the box reports to map to legacy reports and develop custom reports
• Conduct requirements and design session with stakeholders
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
4+ years of experience working in SAP HCM Reporting and Analytics.
2+ years of experience leading a workstream.
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must live a commutable distance to one of the following cities: New York, San Jose, Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, San Diego, Parsippany, Rosslyn, McLean, Boston, Seattle, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Charlotte, Detroit, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Tallahassee, Kansas City, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Phoenix, Indianapolis, St Louis, Nashville ; OR be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
