Deloitte Product Owner - Converge Health in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Product Manager for ConvergeHEALTH Connected Patient Hub (CPH)

As the ConvergeHEALTH CPH Product Owner, you will own the CPH product end-to-end, including defining requirements and features, driving product roadmap execution, and serving as the go-to expert for current and prospective CPH clients/customers. You will work closely with Deloitte engagement teams and clients to understand requirements and client priorities, aligning the product roadmap to meet market demands and client needs. You will ruthlessly prioritize product features and manage execution of three product releases a year that adhere to ConvergeHEALTH QMS standards.

The CPH product enables ConvergeHEALTH s digital patient engagement offerings across life sciences and healthcare. As the CPH Product Manager, you will serve as an product expert on Connected Patient Hub for the firm and serve as a thought leader on digital patient engagement overall.

Work You ll Do:

Manage the CPH product roadmap, curating release feature sets that meet market demand and client needs

Prioritize the product backlog and shipping three product releases a year that adhere to ConvergeHEALTH Quality standards

Actively engage with clients and Deloitte engagements teams to understand client and market priorities, and translate learnings into product feature prioritization

Work in an Agile Scrum development environment, working closely with the engineering team in a fast-paced environment, serving as the functional expert and translating product requirements into actionable user stories

Spearhead sales enablement activities (e.g. product demo asset development), working with extended Deloitte teams, for mobile (iOS and Android) and web experiences for different user personas across both life sciences (R&D and commercial) and healthcare use cases

Work cross-functionality with industry/consulting experts, engineering leads, and design leads to drive project execution under strict timelines

Build and manage the product partner ecosystem, identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities and leading integration development

Represent ConvergeHEALTH at life sciences and healthcare conferences as the digital patient engagement product expert

Serve as a product subject matter expert on innovation teams to identify and develop new assets and/or solution offerings in the digital patient engagement space

Serve as the liaison between the product team and implementation teams, providing deep product expertise, advising on current product functionality and product limitations

Serve as the product expert during prospective client discussions, supporting Sales Teams in responding to RFPs and providing product demos/overviews to clients

Qualifications

Required:

3-5 years of hands-on product management experience with a demonstrable track record of shipping and maintaining products

Technical experience or degree in computer science / related field

At least 2 years in the healthcare and/or life sciences space

Experience with user research, UX, and design overall

Strong technical literacy with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences

Strong working knowledge of AWS and microservices-based architectures

Familiarity with development under a Quality Management System and within global regulatory requirements including Software as a Medical Device classifications

Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies

Comfortable with direct client engagement

Experience working collaboratively to align engineering, marketing, design, customer success with overall product efforts

Up to 10-20% travel

Location preference: Boston

Preferred:

Advanced degree in a health care-related field (e.g., MHA, MBA, Masters in Health Informatics)

Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and communication skills, including presentation skills (i.e. experience with Microsoft PowerPoint)

An ability to work under pressure and deliver on tasks you re responsible for in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with tight client deadlines

An ability to effectively work in person and remotely with geographically distributed teams
