Work you'll do

In this role you will use your experience and knowledge to assist clients in the Life Sciences & Health Care space as they solve their most challenging issues. You will assess and provide recommendations on process and/or technology improvements. The Business Analyst will help the Deloitte team and client, acting as a liaison between the technology group and the business. This role tasks would include:

  • Supporting requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders. Helping to ensure that decisions are captured and agreed upon in a timely manner

  • Supporting project managers to ensure key deliverables are completed in a timely manner (ie dashboard updates, business cases)

  • Ability to document current and future state process flows where needed

    Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis

  • 4+ years of experience being in a client facing role

  • Experience working with Medical Affairs or Regulatory Affairs in a life sciences company

  • Must have strong experience working with Life Sciences clients

  • 4+ years of experience in a Consultant level position

  • Must have experience leading small teams, driving towards deadlines and leading to produce the highest quality deliverables for the client

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
