The Customer and Marketing practice of Deloitte is seekingcustomer-centered marketing leaders accustomed to working with Fortune 500companies to transform their organizations. We are looking for Digital SeniorStrategists who have worked at the intersection of marketing, digital andcustomer experience and who desire to be leaders in the space

MarketingSciences is at the forefront of guiding data driven strategies by leveragingemerging technology, keen analytic abilities and a laser focus on addressingthe client s business initiatives. Marketing Sciences is a critical influencer in what drives marketingsuccess and is in constant exploration for clients as the discipline of a datafirst mentality as marketing evolves.

Work you ll do

Thisperson works cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement frameworks,learning agendas, data strategy, performance analytics, modeling and technologysolutions.

  • Embodyan intellectual curiosity around what data means by putting it into context ofthe client s business and focusing on asking the next question.

  • Exercisestrong collaboration with others providing support to an extended team, sharingskills & expertise with co-workers, and constantly expanding your knowledgebase.

  • Wear manyhats, between steering a team of Sr. Analysts, partnering with internal teams,client facing exposure, and diving in with a start-up mentality.

  • Apply astrong familiarity with all available analytics tools, both syndicated andproprietary to ensure all client recommendations are supported by quantitativeand/or qualitative research.

  • Use datato evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, tactics, and measurementtechniques.

  • Bring astrong background with proven experience in digital analytics, measurement,modeling, and data quality.

  • Work ona fast paced, forward-lookingCPG brand who is pushing the status quo in usingdata to drive marketing decisions.

  • Workcross-functionally with multiple internal teams developing strong workingrelationships and have a hands-on mentality.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7 years of consulting experience and/or Marketing project implementation experience.

  • Additional experience in 2 of the following technologies:

  • Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo)

  • DMPs (Blue Kai, Rocket Fuel, Trade Desk etc.)

  • DSPs (Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math)

  • Data visualization, Tableau, Omniscope, PowerBI, Web Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Good Analytics, Webtrends

  • Ability to travel to client sites 80-100% of the time.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field

  • Salesforce Certifications

  • Experience with Wave Analytics or Lightening

  • A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).

  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
