Deloitte IT Security Training and Awareness Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Work you'll do

  • Develop, operate, and maintain a cybersecurity awareness and training program, including role-based training and phishing campaigns

  • Conduct training sessions, briefings, and report metrics as required

  • Develop and deliver innovative, gamified awareness events and materials

  • Demonstrate experience in developing and organizing internal and/or external security communications, managing cybersecurity awareness campaigns, supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives

  • Provide experienced professional writing, able to research and prepare high quality, clearly-written awareness and training materials free of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes

  • Demonstrate experience with developing and delivering well-thought-out strategy and plans for security awareness and training activities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role - Public Trust clearance required

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and organizing internal and/or external security communications, managing cybersecurity awareness campaigns, supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives

  • 3+ years of Information Security experience

  • Strong Workforce Development training experience highly preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience

  • Civil government experience
