Cloud Managed Services - Manager

Deloitte Cloud Managed Services (CMS) is a cloud offering to provide professional services to manage clients' cloud environments including infrastructure operation, cloud security, compliance and risk, and billing. To make sure CMS business grows smoothly, Business Operations team will work with CMS leadership and Finance to manage all financial tasks and mitigate financial risks in additional to other operational tasks.Client Success Lead

As an Client Success leader, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of tasks to ensure we are exceed client expectations, demonstrating our value, innovation and thought leadership to improve the client's experience for Cloud Managed Services (CMS). To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask, bring innovation to solving problems and define the capabilities for the Client Portal (which showcases Cloud Managed Services we provide to our clients). You will also be responsible for driving client surveys, innovation workshops, and drive client reviews for Cloud Managed Services (CMS).Responsibilities

  • Define the client experience and success criteria by which client will measure our cloud managed service capabilities

  • Define the roadmap for the client portal based on client feedback and the experience we want to create

  • Develop new CMS capability requirements to enhance the client experience

  • Drive the requirement for our CMS innovations to be create

  • Define the client success factors, KPI's and feedback process to capture client feedback

  • Develop go to market approach to showcase the CMS capabilities

  • Build relationships with our key account team and clients to understand their experience and develop new ways to improve our capabilities and interactions for CMS

  • Being a part of the leadership team to provide client experience

  • Financial planning, tracking and resources management experience

  • Leadership to provide execute development to enhance client success/experience


  • Business acumen to understand the fortune 1000 client requirement

  • Experience with GUI design or application layout to enhance customer experience

  • Product management specifically with services or software development

  • Working within an enterprise environment or Fortune 1000 company

  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and issue management skills

  • Preferred ability and discipline to work and succeed in a fast pace and organizationally complex environment, to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology, and to lead and manage projects

  • Excellent oral and written communications ability. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills Desired

  • Management and leadership experience

  • Design and GUI interface experience with a software develop or services

  • Experience in SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience working with AWS, Azure or GCP

  • Experience performing PMO tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail
