Deloitte Audit & Assurance Growth / Business Development Senior Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Work you'll do

As an Audit Growth Senior Specialist, you will be an integral part of the team that develops and implements targeted audit growth strategies and initiatives in support of growing Deloitte's Audit & Assurance business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Interfaces with internal resources to identify and request research to help educate client service teams on targets to focus relationship building activities

  • Supports A&A Growth Senior Managers/Managers in strategy development for specific office locations, as well as supporting the entire sales cycle

  • Assists with reporting, target list management/updates, and web-based tool management

  • Assists with/leads the creation of client facing meeting and pre-proposal documents

  • Liaises with A&A growth regional and local leaders and Growth team on new opportunities

  • Coordinates and contributes to A&A growth national team projects to promote a growth culture

  • Collaborates with A&A Growth and Pursuit managers in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs)

  • Assists with tracking market and industry developments to support regular target team meetings

  • Supports practice metrics, including CRM system utilization and reporting

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in sales, business development, pursuits or marketing, preferably in a large, matrixed organization

  • 4-year college degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field

  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects & deadlines

  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills

  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite - Word, Power Point, and Excel (required) - and Salesforce (preferred)

  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization

  • Travel up to 20% (While up to 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
